Return Eligibility


We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, all returned items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, including jewelry box, care guide, polishing cloth, and pouch

  • Postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date


Size Exchanges


If your ring or bracelet doesn’t fit, we’re happy to offer a size exchange, subject to availability.

Please note:

  • The item must be unworn and in full original packaging

  • Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange


  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Pre-orders or made-to-order pieces

  • Items returned without full original packaging
