Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

• Pre-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and assist you as soon as possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
