In-stock items are typically shipped within 2–3 business days.
During new collection launches or holidays, a little extra time may be needed — thank you for your patience and understanding.
Pre-order items typically ship within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of purchase. As many of our pieces are crafted in small batches or involve time-intensive handwork, we appreciate your patience and understanding. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Pre-orders are made to order and final sale. Once placed, they cannot be cancelled or changed. Please double-check your selection before confirming your order. If you have questions prior to purchasing, feel free to contact us — we’re here to help!
As a thank-you for your patience, all pre-order items receive a 5% discount automatically at checkout.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship everything together once the pre-order item is ready — typically within 6 to 8 weeks.
If you'd prefer to receive the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. This ensures timely delivery of ready-to-ship pieces while your pre-order is still in progress.
We currently ship within Canada and the United States only.

Yes — unworn items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
If your ring or bracelet doesn’t fit, we’re happy to offer a size exchange, as long as the item is unworn and in original packaging.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
- Pre-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made-to-order.
